How long is the order processing time?

Generally, we will ship out your order in 2-3 business days or earlier.

Do you ship to US/Canada?

We offer FREE  US standard shipping (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories) for orders over US$70. For orders under $70, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of US$4.99.

We offer FREE standard Canada wide standard shipping for orders over US$70. For orders under $70, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of US$5.99.

If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for carrier rates.

We use USPS via Chitchats to ship to the US. 
We use Canada Post via Chitchat to ship to Canada.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer standard international shipping - flat rate US$20. 

We use USPS International or Asendia International via Chitchats to ship to the rest of the world.

The address on my order is incorrect or incomplete, how can I fix it?

If your order has not been processed yet, please message us on instagram @weebitofsun or email us at hi@weebitofsun.com as soon as possible. We will try to work with you to get that address fixed. 

But if the order is processed, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, you will responsible to pay for the shipping charges to correct the address

My item got stolen/lost. Can you help?

Most* of our domestic shipping requires signature upon delivery. If your package was lost by the shipping carrier, please check with the shipping carrier and file a missing package claim. You can also get in touch with us and we will do our best to help you file a dispute with the shipping carrier.

weebitofsun.com is not responsible for stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been stolen from your porch or doorsteps, please contact the shipping carrier to open a dispute.
